If you delete the Alero Mobile app, you can still access your accounts via online banking at www.alerofinancial.org. If you would like to close your Alero account(s), please visit one of our branch locations or call our Member Center at 1-800-359-1939. Our Member Center is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST.

In order to comply with federal regulations, Alero must retain your personal information for 5 years after you close your account. For additional information, please see our Privacy Policy.
